Description This is 1 seal kit for ONE hydraulic cylinders found in many challenger 2 post lifts. It meets or exceeds factory specs. It fits lifts with capacity between 7,000 & 9000 pounds. This kit rebuilds Pacoma / hyco cylinders that challenger used through many years of production. This seal kit will rebuild ONE Cylinder if you are needing to rebuild both cylinders you will need TWO seal kits.-HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR CYLINDER IS A HYCO / PACOMA If your lift has a hyco / pacoma cylinder in it, it will be approximately 68″ or 72″ tall with a 5/8 hex bleeder screw at the top. Look 6″ below the bleeder screw near the top of the cylinder there will be Id stampings (see stamping example in pics). If it reads “Pacoma” , “Made in Germany” , or hyco this is the proper seal kit for your lift. If you have your cylinder apart already, compare your piston seal with the one pictured to the left. Pacoma / hyco cylinders have distinctive blue double lipped seal on the piston.
