Brake shoes fit just fine. Were identical to the old ones. The pin on the parking brake shoe fit into the top hole on the new brake shoes on both sides just fine also. I didn’t have to drill the hole out like I have seen on other reviews. I recommend ordering a spring kit if you haven’ changed the drum brakes out in over 5 years or more. I did, but I reused the springs with the lock cap built into them because the new ones have separate locking caps and were a pain to do by myself (needed three hands). As far as how long they last, I cannot comment on that at this time. Don’t forget to check the adjusters to make sure they are not stuck and don’t forget to use white grease, so you won’t have any squealing. I gave it three stars, not because of the part, but just because it is never fun messing with brake drums.
